Though the "official" records do not note the railroad as either owning or leasing this particular locomotive, it's lettering in both photos is clearly "WGRR".

The locomotive operated near Tunesassa, New York.    After transferring the locomotive from it's 36" gauge Pennsylvania operations,  the company regagued it to standard for its New York operations, which is believed pictured.
